Coconut oil is the oil of the most stable of all vegetable oils, and has a moderate boiling point such as butter (250 C). Coconut oil contains short-chain fatty acids to medium about 57%, is capric acid (C8) and lauric acid (C12). Several leading scientists express Medium Chain Fatty Acid (MCFA). Coconut oil contains about 50%  lauric acid. Lauric acid has other functions, which is converted into mono Laurin in the human body. Mono is a monoglyceride Laurin anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-protozoa used by the human immune system to destroy viruses and animal fats jacketed, like HIV, herpes, cytomegalovirus, influenza, various pathogenic bacteria and protozoa.
